Old fashioned detached 3 bedroom villa set in its own grounds in the popular Montechoro area ideally situated for the shops, bars and restaurants within minutes walk to the Oura beach comprising 3 bedrooms, a full bath, a shower room, small kitchen, living/dining with satellite tv opening onto the terrace overlooking a private large s/pool set in lawned garden and garden furniture.

RENTAL RATES 2012:

Due to fluctuating exchange rates our euro prices will be converted into sterling at the time that each incremental payment is made at the exchange rate applicable on that day. Sterling prices can only be guaranteed if full payment is made at the time of booking.

Prices quoted are weekly rates for a party of 6 adults and 1 child:

April, May, Oct: € 650

June: € 840

July and last week of August:

€ 1,100

August: € 1,200

September: € 840
